The CSP program was created by GE and Emerson to ensure that channel partner support persons maintained the same level of proficiency with the software and hardware products as the internal GE and Emerson support staff.

When dealing with a CSP the customer is ensured that they are interfacing with software support professionals who are connected with GE and Emerson’s latest support information, and a network of CSP’s around the world that can be utilized to solve issues with GE Digital and Emerson Machine Automation Solutions.

The CSP Program teaches and tests eligible channel partner personnel on specific software and hardware products so that they may obtain certification by GE and Emerson as a certified partner. CSP’s are required to maintain their credential by passing the CSP exams annually.
